• 9:30AM meet at Ruiver Tribe for rafting trip “Canyon del Lao” (16 km)
• 13:30 Lunch at Agriturismo (farmhouse)
• Afternoon: visit the historic center or relax at RIVER TRIBE (pool, hamocks, yoga*, massage*)
• 20.30 Dinner at Agriturismo and overnight

• 9.00 Meet with guide for Trekking “Al Giardino degli Dei” and visit the Pino Loricato, symbol of the Pollino National Park

• 9.30 RIVER TRIBE x Mountain Bike (2.5 hour tour) “Nature, Culture and Tradition” to the old town of Laino Castello
